About the job
As an Operational Administrative Support you are responsible for providing up to date information
to the operation as well as the customer. You will monitor, prepare and communicate information
on f.e. stock levels, inventories and resources.
You have the responsibility of preparing, organizing and processing the periodic cycle counts per
product group and wall-to-wall counts within the warehouse. Your day can be dynamic due to the
ad hoc tasks that our service delivery team will request with you regarding differences in delivery
with our customers. It is up to you to investigate what went wrong and more important why it went
wrong. You also have a role in processing returned and damaged products and fine-tune these
processes.
• Inventory of mutations of goods (incoming goods, consumption, rejection, outgoing goods,
etc.) ;
• Checking stock accuracy in an automated system;
• Analyzing stock differences indicated by the system;
• Identifying structural problems, Initiate and implementing potential areas for improvement;
• Preparing manual inventory counts by creating cycle counts;
• After entering the stock data in the system, correct differences;
• Preparation of standard reports for customers and our own organization.
Job requirements
As an Operational Administrative Support Employee you love to investigate what happened after
an issue has appeared and come up whit a structural solution and build towards a higher
accuracy and quality level. You have the drive to become the expert in your profession.
