Jan graduated at the KUL as an economist and worked in the beginning of his career in different roles at a logistics service provider. Since 2007 he is active as recruiter and headhunter for supply chain management professionals. The feeling to be constantly connected with a broad network and to try to create the ideal match between candidates and companies gives him the energy, satisfaction & drive to keep calm and carry on.

Sam has a Master in Business Psychology and an Advanced Master in Management. After his studies he worked for several years in the logistics industry for some of the world leaders in contract logistics. Sam performed different roles within operations, project and contract management. Afterwards he worked as a recruitment consultant for a Belgian recruitment company. He could combine his two passions, supply chain and recruitment, and still loves it.

Christophe has always been interested in the world of logistics and successfully completed his studies in Logistics Management. He has a combined 10 years of experience in operational and commercial positions at a logistics multinational together with supply chain recruitment experience since 2011.

With a Masters in labour and organisational psychology degree in his pocket, Tim has 10 years of recruitment experience in the engineering world. After 3 years of HR at an international player in the crude oil and products trade, he found his way to Stroom. With his skills to make people grow and improve, making business processes more efficient and his focus on long-term relationships, he is today developing the engineering department as Managing Partner of Strooming with his team. The objective with Strooming is to become and remain a reliable partner for companies in need of technically qualified people. During the interviews he goes deeply into the motivation of the candidates in order to make the best match.

After obtaining her Bachelor Office Management, Aimée gained experience in business support and recruitment. With her empathy and personal approach, this combination gave her the sparks to further educate herself in HR and she followed a course Advisor Payroll & Social Legislation in evening school. For several years now, she has been immersing herself in an A to Z role in HR. As a social administrative jack-of-all-trades, she loves improving processes and making people happy. Aimée has been on board at Stroom since 2023 and dedicates herself every day with full enthusiasm to help build this growing company.

With a lot of enthusiasm, focus and several years of experience as a logistics & supply chain recruiter, Senne joins the team of Stroom. After his studies in Biomedical Sciences he decided to put the dusty lab coat and safety glasses away and pursue a people oriented career. Senne likes to build strong and long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, one where quality acts as the main KPI.

Inez has a Master in Applied Economic Sciences and an Advanced Master in Fiscal law. After a couple of years of experience within a large consultancy firm, she decided to follow her supply chain interest and joined Stroom. Here she can combine her consultancy expierence and economic background.

Gala gained her interest in international trade and logistics while finishing her master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. She started a Management Traineeship at a major logistics company and saw a chance to convert this interest into an opportunity. Now she wants to link the professionals to the companies that need them.

Justine obtained her Master's degree in Strategic Communication at the University of Antwerp. After a first experience in a B2B environment, she got the taste for building sustainable relationships. With a great drive for finding the right candidates and a deep interest in supply chain, she can best describe herself as a disciplined and ambitious professional. Mike holds a Bachelor in SME Management and started his career in the after-sales marketing department at a major German player in the automotive industry. With his affinity and passion for technology, he entered recruitment in 2016, specifically for higher, technical skilled profiles. In 2022, he made the switch to Strooming to be able to realise the perfect match between candidate and client within that technical domain, something he gets a lot of energy from.

Rachid has a Bachelor's degree in Social Legal Services. After his studies, he started working internally at a consultancy company to take his first steps in recruitment, where his communication skills were challenged every day. In the meantime, he has gained several years of experience in recruitment. Because of his social character and interest in the logistics world, he started working at Stroom as a Business Consultant. He derives energy from building long-term relationships with customers, matching professionals to the right assignment and closing deals, so Stroom is the right place for him!

As a little boy, Vincent had one dream: to become a rock star. He abandoned this dream (apparently you have to practise and play an instrument) and focused on the "next best thing": Procurement Recruitment at Stroom. His love for procurement was sparked by his prior work experience in the banking sector. He’s able to use his experience from a clear business perspective and successfully help his clients. Also, a bit rock & roll, isn't it?

After 15 years of experience in commercial roles within Healthcare, Evi has consciously chosen to change course. Her straightforward mentality, problem-solving skills, and determination are her trademark. Evi excels at understanding needs, which enables her to consistently find the perfect match in terms of competence, personality, and cultural fit. In her free time, you can find Evi on the tennis court or in the company of her friends and family. Office dog Louis never leaves her side.

Angela has a Master's degree in Multilingual Professional Communication. Because of her social character and strong interest in the logistics- and supply chain sector, she made a conscious decision to join Stroom as a Business Consultant after she graduated. She likes to take a personal approach with people and because of this, she saw the role of consultant as the perfect match to combine her skills and passions in her career. Today, she has made successful moves working with several international companies.

Elisa joined the E-commerce logistics department after graduating with a Bachelor in Social Work/Human Resources. That’s where she gained her first experience within sales and logistics as a logistics manager. With her social background and interest in the business of logistics, she sees each day as a perfect opportunity to find the right match between client and candidate.

Brent is a sports fanatic turned as a Research Consultant at Strooming. After his studies as a Sports Studies major, he was immersed in the wonderful world of recruitment. Through a strong combination of teamwork and perseverance, he 'scores' well with both client and candidate every time. With his specialized view on Safety and his background in commercial sourcing, his role as Research Consultant is a winning combination.

After a successful internship at Strooming, Phaedra started as Research Consultant. Phaedra is passionated and fascinated by everything related with engineering and focuses with pleasure and enthusiasm on finding engineering top talent. With bachelor's degrees in the areas of Youth Criminology and Labour and Organizational Psychology, Phaedra has the ideal background and understanding of organizational dynamics. As in her sports, she enjoys dedicating herself to find the ideal match between a candidate, company and role.
